💳 Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 2025

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments and refunds are handled at SoundNation USA, a Spotify music marketing agency. By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the conditions stated below.


1. 100% Advance Payment Requirement

All campaigns must be paid in full prior to initiation. This ensures we can:

  • Allocate your budget to third-party platforms (Spotify Ads, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.) immediately upon order.

  • Secure playlist placements and influencer outreach slots, which are time-sensitive and limited in availability.

No campaign work will begin without full payment.


2. Partial Refunds (Before Campaign Starts)

If you request a cancellation within 3 calendar days of your order and your campaign has not yet started, you are eligible for a 60% partial refund.

The remaining 40% is retained to cover:

  • Admin & account setup

  • Strategy planning

  • Outreach scheduling

  • Resource reservation

Important: A campaign is considered “started” once:

  • Funds have been spent or allocated to ads or playlists

  • Ads are submitted or published

  • Playlist or influencer outreach has been initiated

  • Custom campaign planning and targeting work has begun


3. No Refunds After Campaign Start

Once a campaign has begun, it becomes 100% non-refundable, even if:

  • You change your mind or wish to cancel

  • Engagement is lower than expected

  • Delays occur due to platform review processes or third-party issues

We stand behind our marketing efforts but cannot guarantee specific results due to the nature of digital promotion and algorithmic platforms.


4. Third-Party Platform Limitations

Our services rely on external platforms like Spotify, Google, Instagram, YouTube, and curated playlist networks. While we follow best practices, we are not responsible for:

  • Downtime, bugs, or outages on these platforms

  • Delayed campaign reviews or ad disapprovals

  • Algorithm changes that affect performance or reach

No refunds will be issued for issues originating from third-party platforms, as these are outside our control.


5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing an unauthorized chargeback constitutes a violation of our terms. In the event of a chargeback:

  • All services will be terminated immediately

  • The client may be subject to legal or collection actions

  • The client will be permanently blacklisted from future campaigns

We encourage all clients to contact us first with concerns—we are here to help.


6. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order with SoundNation USA, you acknowledge that you:

  • Fully understand and accept this Refund Policy

  • Forfeit your right to a full refund once campaign activity has started

  • May be eligible for a 60% refund only if cancellation occurs within 3 days and no work has begun
