Welcome to SoundNation USA (“SoundNation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our marketing services, including Spotify playlist pitching, campaign management, consulting, and other music promotion services (collectively, the “Services”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
You must be:
At least 18 years old.
An artist, manager, label, or authorized representative with the right to promote the music you submit.
By using our Services, you confirm that you own or control the rights to the tracks and content you provide.
SoundNation USA provides:
Spotify playlist marketing
Campaign consultation and planning
Influencer and social media marketing
Data analytics and performance tracking
Branding and content development
We do not sell streams or followers. All campaigns are designed for organic growth and engagement.
While we use best practices to promote your music, you acknowledge that:
Playlist placements are not guaranteed.
We cannot guarantee a specific number of streams, followers, saves, or engagement.
Success depends on various factors including genre, song quality, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.
You agree to:
Provide accurate track links, metadata, and campaign preferences.
Ensure all submitted music is original or fully licensed.
Avoid submitting tracks that contain explicit or misleading metadata (fake artist names, clickbait titles, etc.).
You retain full ownership of your music. We will never claim rights or royalties to your content.
You may not use our Services to:
Engage in fake streaming or bot-generated traffic.
Manipulate platform algorithms in violation of Spotify’s Terms of Use.
Promote hate speech, harassment, illegal activity, or misleading information.
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your campaign without refund.
All services are billed upfront unless otherwise agreed.
You agree that:
Payments are non-refundable once campaign work has begun.
Refunds will only be issued if no work has started and the request is made within 48 hours of purchase.
All payments are securely processed via [Insert Payment Provider].
Chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
Typical campaign delivery ranges from 5–21 business days, depending on scope and service tier.
We’ll keep you updated through email or your client dashboard. You agree to respond to feedback or information requests in a timely manner.
All intellectual property associated with your music remains yours. You grant us a limited, royalty-free license to use your content only for promotional purposes during the campaign (e.g., sharing snippets on playlists or social media).
You may revoke this license by canceling your campaign, though campaign fees are still applicable per Section 6.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoundNation shall not be liable for:
Loss of royalties, revenue, or future deals;
Platform-related actions (e.g., Spotify account restrictions);
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from campaign use.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel campaigns at our discretion. If canceled due to a breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued.
You may cancel campaigns by written request, subject to the refund policy in Section 6.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [Insert State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
